Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with YumBud. Here's what to expect when your order is on its way.

Order processing. Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times & rates. We currently ship within [the United States]. Estimated delivery is [3–7] business days after processing, depending on your location and the option chosen at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on orders over [$48].

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. Please allow [24–48] hours for tracking to update.

Delays. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control, but we'll always help you track down your order — just reach out.

Wrong or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
