Refund policy
We want you and your dog to love YumBud. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Food safety note. Because our products are consumable treats, opened or used items can't be returned for health and safety reasons. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products (below), or any rights you have under applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email [yumbud.organic@gmail.com] within [14] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Unopened items. Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within [14/30] days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email [yumbud.organic@gmail.com] with your order number. [Specify who pays return shipping, e.g. "Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect."]
Non-returnable items. Opened or used products, gift cards, and final-sale items can't be returned.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a replacement claim), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post it.
Cancellations. Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us within [12–24] hours of ordering and we'll do our best, though we can't change an order once it has shipped.
